School to Work

Educating students about careers in the arts.

School to Work is an interactive workshop that highlights potential career choices in arts administration. During the workshop, high school students interact with ASU Gammage employees and learn what it takes to run one of the top arts presenting theaters in the country.

Students participate in real-world working scenarios guided by ASU Gammage staff in the box office, marketing communications, development, accounting and technical production departments. Students also get an exclusive backstage tour of a Broadway show by the company manager. After the workshop, the students present a final report to the entire group.
