This is the story of how four blue collar kids became one of the greatest successes in pop music history. They wrote their own songs, invented their own sounds and sold 175 million records worldwide – all before they were 30! JERSEY BOYS, winner of the 2006 Grammy® Award for Best Musical Show Album and most recently, the 2009 Olivier Award for Best New Musical, features their hit songs “Sherry,” “Big Girls Don’t Cry,” “Rag Doll,” “Oh What a Night” and “Can’t Take My Eyes Off You.” “IT WILL RUN FOR CENTURIES!” proclaims TIME Magazine.

The JERSEY BOYS creative team comprises two–time Tony Award®–winning director Des McAnuff, book writers Marshall Brickman and Rick Elice, composer Bob Gaudio, lyricist Bob Crewe and choreography by Sergio Trujillo.

What is JERSEY BOYS About?
JERSEY BOYS is a musical biography of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons' rise, the tough times and personal clashes, and the ultimate triumph of a group of friends whose music became symbolic of a generation. Far from a tribute concert (though it does include numbers from the popular Four Seasons songbook), JERSEY BOYS gets to the heart of the relationships at the center of the group with a special focus on front man Frankie Valli, the small kid with the big falsetto. In addition to following the quartet’s coming of age as performers, the core of the show is how an allegiance to a code of honor learned in the streets of their native New Jersey got them through a multitude of challenges: gambling debts, Mafia threats and family disasters. JERSEY BOYS is a glimpse at the people behind a sound that has managed to endure for over four decades in the hearts of the public.

What is JERSEY BOYS Like?
Upbeat, slickly produced and fast-paced, JERSEY BOYS appeals to anyone who loves a good story, well told. From Broadway fans to diehard fans of the Four Seasons, and audience members less familiar with the group’s extensive catalogue of hits. The show boasts heavy emphasis on storytelling, which adds to its universal appeal.

Is JERSEY BOYS Good for Kids?
Due to “Authentic, profane Jersey Vocabulary,” adult situations and other behavior you might expect from four dapper young guys touring from sold-out concert to sold-out concert, JERSEY BOYS is more appropriate for teens versus young children.
